What the Staff Section covers
The Staff Section is the collapsible group near the bottom of the sidebar. It holds the people-and-store tools that are not part of the daily sales and labor flow.

What you will find here
- HR forms — onboarding and personnel paperwork for the store.
- SOPs — standard operating procedures and how-to references.
- Event tools — planning tools for in-store events and promotions.
- Donation planner — for organizing community donations.
- Training resources — material for ramping up new and existing staff.
- Repair & maintenance links — for logging and tracking store repair tickets.
Opening the Staff Section
Click Staff Section in the sidebar to expand the group, then pick the tool you need. The group collapses again so the sidebar stays tidy.
Repair and maintenance
Repair tickets track issues with store equipment and facilities. Open tickets show a count badge in the sidebar so nothing gets lost. Log a ticket as soon as an issue appears so it is visible to everyone who needs to act on it.
