Getting Started
A quick tour of the HTeaO Operations Platform and how to find your way around.
Welcome to the HTeaO Operations Platform
This platform is the day-to-day operations hub for HTeaO locations across Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, and New Mexico. It brings sales, labor, inventory, weather-adjusted forecasting, cash handling, and end-of-month financials into one place so store managers and GMs can run their store from a single screen.
If you are new, this guide walks you through every section. Most pages follow the same layout, so once you learn one, the rest feel familiar.
Finding your way around
The sidebar on the left is your main menu. It is grouped into sections:
- Primary pages — Dashboard, Sales Information, Product Tracking, Cash Handling, Inventory, Labor, and Weather.
- End of Month — the monthly financial close.
- Staff Section — HR forms, training resources, and store tools (collapsible).
- Admin — store and platform administration (visible to admins only).
- Financial Overview — higher-level financial reporting (collapsible).
The Help & Resources link sits at the bottom of the sidebar — that is how you got here.

Choosing your store
If you have access to more than one location, use the Store List near the top of the sidebar to switch between stores. The page you are viewing updates to show data for the store you select.
Managers and staff see only their own store. Admins and operators can switch freely between all locations.
How pages are laid out
Almost every page uses the same pattern:
- A page header at the top — a small label, the page title, and a short description.
- Cards and tables below it that hold the actual data.
- Filters and controls — date pickers, store selectors, and pill buttons — usually sit just above the content they affect.
Getting help
- Browse the topics in this Help & Resources section for step-by-step walkthroughs of each page.
- An AI Help Assistant is coming soon — you will be able to type any question and get an instant answer.
Tip: Bookmark the pages you use most. The platform keeps your store selection as you move between pages.
