Link existing giveaways to targets
Scans every past giveaway with no community target yet and matches its description against known nearby businesses. Review the suggested matches, uncheck wrong ones, apply.
Danger zone — wipe all community targets
Hard-deletes every row in community_targets across all stores. Giveaway history is preserved (community_target_id is set to NULL). Use before a fresh Places re-pull after correcting store coordinates.
